Through our research we design, participate and facilitate conditions for peer to peer learning. Training those who will go to areas that need help. We are going to involve the Black Lawyers Association and other legal fraternities in the development of our communities. Welcome

The organization is presently assisting the less-privileged with legal advice and legal assistance.
It was operating under BB Legal Practitioners and Associates Trust that was working in collaboration with a firm of attorneys, Segaole Attorneys.
The organization is dealing with individuals as well as;

Small Companies

Small businesses in the community who lack legal resources.

Corporate Entities

Civil matters by individuals or small companies and co-operatives.

Misrepresented Individuals

Individuals dismissed from mines after being permanently disabled due to sickness contracted from work-place and presently there is no organization dealing with that population.

Youth

Training the youth in computer studies, and helping the homeless, disadvantaged young individuals and all alike.

Our Services

Services we provide to the general public

Civil Claims for Individuals

Indigent individuals where one has a civil claim. In this case the individual will also pay a deposit and at the end of his claim he will pay a percentage from proceeds of his claim

Civil Claims for Corporate Entities

Small companies only pay a deposit of R3000.00, the money to be used for operational costs, with the agreement to pay 20% at the end of the case

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of children under the influences of substance abuse by helping them heal physically and pschologically. With the end results of the individual attaining some form of independence

About Us

The TTAF is a center that will bring hope to the masses through its innovative and practical methods and intended to operate in all provinces of South Africa especially rural areas. It is going to bring hope to the hopeless by giving the masses a chance to be heard in the legal fraternity. The TTAF organization is going to collaborate with the Legal Aid Board and exchange ideas about tackling issues of legal accessibility by the masses from the grass roots level, being in a better position to interact with the people.

Future Vision

This is an untapped industry because TTAF organization is one of its kind. It will provide services to all who do not have means and even to those who do not qualify to other types of legal aid because of non-fit to economical profile needed, and also for other organizations which do not have resources of legal service, or not specializing in our services.

Capabilities

The organization aims to provide young law students with practical training in court proceedings such as civil proceedings, criminal proceedings and labour courts including divorce and customary law issues. By training them they will be provided with stipends for their practical training and give them an opportunity to serve Articles as lawyers so that they will have opportunities to be lawyers or be experienced to be employed after two years.

Mentorship will be provided and in this way there will be reduction in unemployment in this country. The following will take place:

  • Employ 10 law students each year
  • Give them practical experience over a period of two years
